At the moment, we only accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe(Visa/MasterCard/American Express/JCB)
- PayMe
- Direct Bank Transfer
- ConsumptionVouchers(Tap&Go and PayMe)
If payment is made by bank transfer and PayMe, you will need to provide us with proof by email and you will need to keep the proof until you receive the goods.
Once we start processing your order, we regret that no change or cancellation can be made. If you would like to cancel an online order after placing it, please contact our customer service via [email protected] as soon as possible. We may or may not cancel your order and our decision shall be final and conclusive.
Summarize and acknowledge your order. The email will consists of order number, the items ordered, the shipping method chosen, personal details as well as your shipping address.

We will try our most commercially reasonable effort to meet the estimated delivery time set out in below but we cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met and shall not be liable for any delay.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or any Public Holidays will be processed the following business day
For instock items, we will arrange shipping within 3 to 5 days time. Please allow extra time for delivery to remote areas.
Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
If some products are found to have factory defects after inspection, customers can replace products of the same model within seven days (except for certain designated brands and accessories). Please contact our customer service via [email protected] as soon as possible. We may or may not accept your request and our decision shall be final and conclusive.

Via Tap & Go
- Open the Tap & Go app, click on the “Consumption Vouchers Scheme” banner to enter the Consumption Vouchers account. Choose a Mastercard card or UnionPay card and click on the card face on the next page.
- And then input your PIN code.
- You will then see your Mastercard/UnionPay Card details.
- Input the above-mentioned Tap & Go virtual card information at checkout, and you can use the Consumption Vouchers to pay for your order!
