Please note that the Terms and Conditions for E-Shop of Reveriehk.store (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply solely to purchases within http://reveriehk.store and have no legal effect in sales transactions via other channels including our physical stores within and outside Hong Kong, except as expressly stated otherwise herein.
If there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

Reveriehk.store reserves the right to amend or withdraw any content on the Site at any time without any notice. Reveriehk.store shall not be liable for any breakdown or temporary unavailability of the Site at any time and for any period for whatsoever reason(s).

The company is Reveriehk.store (Reverie (HK) Ltd.) and is the owner of this website (referred to as “Reveriehk.store“, “the company”, “we” or “us” in this article).

This agreement is signed between you and our company.
The company reserves the right to change the following terms and conditions at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, the company’s decision will be final and conclusive. You are obliged to read these terms and conditions each time you place an order. Changes to these terms and conditions will be announced online. If you do not wish to be bound by the new terms and conditions, you can terminate this agreement by notifying the company in writing (you can email [email protected]) but continue to enjoy the service or use the website or coupons will be deemed to continue to accept the new terms and conditions.

Reveriehk.store is committed to protecting your personal privacy. The company only uses the collected information for legal purposes. The company’s privacy policy covers the use of any information provided by the customer and the use of the company’s services, which means that the customer agrees to the company’s collection, storage and use of the customer’s information in accordance with the privacy policy and is bound by the privacy policy. User Management
The user agrees that all activities on this site follow Hong Kong laws, regulations and rules, and strictly abide by the following terms:

- Do not send or receive any threatening or severely offensive content with unhealthy, obscene or coercive symbols, send or receive content that is profane or defamatory to any individual, send or receive contempt of court or infringement of confidentiality, copyright, or personality rights, publication or privacy rights or any other third-party rights,
- Do not publish comments, advertisements and meaningless texts that involve malicious competition. If the user has the above behavior, this site has the right to independently determine and make the suspension of the user’s account and mask inappropriate remarks. If a user posts a remark that violates the law on this site, the system records of this site can be used as evidence that the user violates the law;
- Send or receive any content that can cause technical harm (including computer viruses, logic bombs, Trojan horse programs, worms, harmful components, damaged data or other malicious software or harmful data).
TERMS OF SALE
By placing orders on the Site, you are (i) offering to purchase a product, (ii) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (iii) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order or any promise concerning your offer. Any time after receiving your order we retain the sole and absolute right to accept, refuse, or modify any order request made by you. If your order is acceptable by us, a contract shall be deemed concluded when we send you an email to confirm that the goods under your order have been shipped from our shipping location.
Product Description
Reveriehk.store will endeavor to ensure that content and the product descriptions on the Site are as accurate and complete as possible. Despite our efforts, however, any content and/or product information on the Site may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date. We therefore do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information of this Site. If you later feel that a purchased product does not match under the description in this Site, please contact our customer service via [email protected].
Price
Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$) only.
The prices of the products will be as stipulated in the Site except in the case of obvious error. Although we make every effort to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, errors may occur and we reserve our right to rectify them. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to reach you, the order will be deemed cancelled.
For the avoidance of doubt, Reveriehk.store reserves the right to adjust its prices on the Site from time to time without any prior notice to you.
TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK/BACKORDERED ITEMS
If your order is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone. Please contact our customer service via [email protected].
ORDER PROCESS
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and any Public Holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or any Public Holidays will be processed the following business day
Standard Delivery orders are processed within 3 – 5 business days.
Orders are shipped to areas within Hong Kong only.
At the moment, we are unable to accept orders to be shipped to addresses outside Hong Kong.
We will try our most commercially reasonable effort to meet the estimated processing time as above but we cannot guarantee that such estimate can be met and we shall not be liable for any delay.
ORDER STATUS
The status of your most recent orders is available for checking on the Site. Please login to “My Account” and view the order status. You may also reach us via [email protected] .
If you wish to track the status of the shipment, please visit the carrier’s website or contact their customer service directly.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Once we start processing your order, we regret that no change or cancellation can be made. If you would like to cancel an online order after placing it, please contact our customer service via [email protected] as soon as possible. We may or may not cancel your order and our decision shall be final and conclusive.
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various reasons. Some reasons are:
- Unavailability of item(s)
- Difficulty in processing your payment information
- Cannot ship to the address provided
- A duplicate order was placed
- Upon customer request
If your order is cancelled, we will notify you of the cancellation by means of email notification and arrange a refund accordingly. If you have any queries about a cancelled order, please contact our customer service via [email protected].
EVENTS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL
Reveriehk.store shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of Reveriehk.store’s obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside Reveriehk.store’s reasonable control.
Such an event includes any act, event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
- Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action
- Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether war declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
- Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster
- Delay caused by any third party in the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport
- Delay or any disruption of services due to the use of public or private telecommunication networks
- The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Reveriehk.store’s performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the abovementioned event continues, and Reveriehk.store will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
Limitation of Liability
If the website system crashes or cannot be used normally due to accidents, third-party reasons, or reasons beyond the reasonable control of the company, the company will not be responsible for the failure of online transactions or the loss of relevant information, records, etc.
All product-related risks are the responsibility of the customer, the factory or the manufacturer. The company as a retailer will not bear the liability of (including but not limited to) accidental casualties and losses caused by improper use of the product and product damage.
We will make every effort to ensure that the price, information and size of the goods listed on the online store are correct. Once errors or omissions occur, the company will take reasonable measures to correct them as soon as possible. We reserve the right to change the price of the goods without prior notice. We can decide whether to accept all orders based on the inventory supply. If due to any unforeseen reasons, including computer system virus infection, defects, tampering, unauthorized interference, fraud, technical failure, human omission or any other reason beyond the control of Reveriehk.store, Reveriehk.store reserves absolute rights to take any feasible action including event or order cancellation. This includes the use of the Site by any other persons using your account caused by your action or inaction.

The courts of Hong Kong shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions herein.
Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is ruled as illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court having jurisdiction, those provisions will be deemed to have been divided, but the remaining provisions should still be effective.

The user acknowledges that all the intellectual property rights of the software and technology used in the service are reserved by Reveriehk.store or its legal owner, and the user shall not allow any direct or indirect behavior to damage the rights and interests of the legal owner. Users are not allowed to use or copy any trademarks related to the service in any way (without the prior written consent of Reveriehk.store).
The user hereby promises and agrees:
- Reveriehk.store is the legal owner of the trademark and all its derivatives.
- Will not use the trademark and any derivatives or other similar names or trademarks.
- All rights, benefits and goodwill brought by trademarks, or any derivatives thereof, belong exclusively to Reveriehk.store, and
- Will not register domain names similar to trademarks and any derivatives thereof, or use any similar names including any visual or homophones or other derivative names.
Reveriehk.store does not make a statement or guarantee that the use of its services by users will not constitute any infringement or abuse under the intellectual property law.
The user agrees to bear all risks arising from the use of this service. In spite of anything to the contrary, Reveriehk.store does not make any guarantee that the service, software or any information on the Internet is free of any computer viruses, and Reveriehk.store shall not bear any responsibilities or legal liabilities related to the above.
The user agrees to be bound by the license agreement related to computer software or technology. Reveriehk.store may ask users to agree to and implement the service from time to time, otherwise, Reveriehk.store has the right to stop or suspend the service on its own.
The user hereby grants Reveriehk.store, its related companies and Reveriehk.store‘s agents and subcontractors, a permanent, irrevocable, global, non-exclusive, free, royalty-free, and then franchise and transfer Permission to use, process, display, reproduce, store, publish, disseminate, communicate, adapt, translate, modify, operate and/or use any part of the user content for any purpose in any other way.
